WINDOW OR BUFFET-SERVICE
Enjoy our signature "Roadside Diner" Window Service utilizing the food trailer, or our traditional full-service buffet catering.
· When using our food trailer window service, guests are served directly from our mobile kitchen, creating a fun and casual atmosphere while still providing the same quality food and professional service.
· For buffet and full-service events, Sauce on the Side provides the necessary serving equipment, buffet tables, and linens for the food service area. Our team will handle the setup of the food and beverage stations, maintain the serving area during service, and take care of the breakdown and cleanup of all catering equipment at the end of the event.
· All serving platters, chafing dishes, and catering equipment used during the event are included as part of the catering service. Any additional tables, décor, or specialty setup items may be added depending on the needs of the event.
· Both of these options work well for weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and outdoor celebrations.
DROP N' GO/SELF-SERVICE
Mobile catering with our signature mouth-watering BBQ and more!
Our drop-off catering service is perfect for casual events, office lunches, family gatherings, and smaller parties where full-service staffing is not needed. We prepare your order fresh and deliver it ready to serve, allowing your guests to enjoy our signature smoked BBQ and specialty menu selections with minimal setup.
Food is provided in disposable catering pans with wire racks, sterno warming fuel, and serving utensils to help keep everything hot during your event. Disposable plates, napkins, cups, and eating utensils can be included for an additional per-person cost.
This option is ideal for events that need great food without full-service catering. For most self-service orders, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
In addition to food service, we also offer event enhancements to help create a complete event setup. These options may include table setup packages, linens, centerpieces, China and tableware, beverage displays, dessert tables, sound systems, lighting packages, and decorative displays. Many clients choose these options so everything can be handled by one vendor.
